Might be one of two things, bad PP or he is an alien.

I liked #2 even though that style of postprocessing isn't my favorite style. But I would add, if you're revisiting it, to try and clone out the guy over the passenger fender light (on his cell phone) - maybe you can replace him with more fenceline.
