Hi,

Here are my two images to show the results I got from my first time using my 2x teleconverter, I've lost a little sharpness from resizing, but not much.

These images are straight out of the camera (just added water mark), I haven't cropped, edited or post processed in any way (I will sharpen them slightly and possibly crop a little later on) other wise there is no point showing you if I had already made adjustments. And most of the other images I got the focussing was out, there seems to be a very fine line and very small area to work with to get sharp focus when using the teleconverter. I used the T.C with my 70-300mm lens.

So here is my Kookaburra and a white face heron, so far my best shot's of these birds, however I think I could get a better shot of the heron, so will keep trying.

There will be days when you get the shot(s) you missed days, months or years before.

Thank you all for taking the time, I also like the first one best.

Just wanted to give an example of what I captured using the teleconverter, so no sense to post process yet or it wouldn't have been an accurate example.
