This one was running around the undergrowth at Thursley NNR Linda. I saw three yesterday there and two of the Wood Tiger (a shot from 2012 below). The behaviour seems to be to fly to a location, settle for about 20 seconds then fly about 10-20 ft away. So getting a shot is hard.

Ah thanks for that Lester, I did wonder if thats where you found it. We did look out for them as it looked the ideal habitat for them. The other place I know where they are is the woodland bit at Pulborough Brooks but every time we look we havent found one - yet.
