How to change the colour of white walls ?

Hey , i've observed numerous amounts of films & music videos and a lot of them usually are able to add blue to white walls which gives it a real hollywood film . I've been trying to learn how to do this for a donkey amount of time and I have NO idea!! Can you help me please ?

that just looks like a style they used with their color correction. you can shoot with a lower white balance so sunlight looks white and shadows look blue, then go back in post and pull out the blues in the shadows.
