Most likely...but will they be selling it in the us?
you should ask Helen at adorama what she thinks since her company dropped the M like a hot rock!

I think the performance is on par or maybe a little less than the Canon 10-22mm. What I noticed the most is the vignetting wide open. It's got to be at least 2 stops. Easily correctable in post though.

Jul 31, 2013 10:28 | #39 damn. I want this lens. Currently my body with 22mm lens sits in a box as a weight loss reward. But if I can find a good way to order this to the US, I would do it soon so I can have it when I open the box. Stuff

You might check out reputable overseas sellers on eBay, or maybe a Canadian seller that ships to the US. You will likely have to pay import fees, but that's what it takes to get this lens into the US. EOS 5D Mark III

I've just ordered mine for what I thought was a decent price. Relative impulse buy lol (after saying how much I bought 22mm kit to use as a compact). It's so new/rare that no one has decent reviews yet. Guess the no-USA thing doesn't help. "Duffman, could you bring in two bottles of smooth, untainted DUFF?""Oh Yeah!"

Aug 18, 2013 04:32 | #45 For general walkabout I rarely use an UWA but always have one with me just in case, but it gets used an awful lot when on holiday for building interiors. I normally use a 16-35 f2.8 on a 6D for this (having now ditched my 550D + Sigma 10-20), but I wanted the versatility of an UWA on the M when I go on business trips. I think once you own one, you will find new camera angles and ways to use an UWA to its full advantage. It can take a lot of judgement to achieve undistorted shots at this FOV, but it is much easier than with an 8mm fish-eye, that really takes some thought for composition.
