1. I am looking for a 22 inch beauty dish -silver to use on my elinchrom 500bxri's. Do any of you have any affordable options to suggest?

2. Is there a speed light adaptor to elinchrom mounts that will allow me to use my current 17 inch and 27 inch beauty dishes?
