so some people mentioned about sigmas upcoming lenses. i cant find that thread anymore so i thought i ask. anyone got insight?

They just released a new 17-70mm lens. That's the only one I have heard about.

No but it is a DC, so hopefully that will keep costs down. The finish looks EX enough.

Have a look at weights to get an idea.
My 24-70 EX is much chunkier than my 70-300 APO (better consumer grade zoom).


Arguing with an engineer is like wrestling in the mud with a pig. After a few hours you realise that he likes it.

Hmm.. I somehow missed that one! I just wish they'd make it in an EX with a constant f2.8 aperature....
