How about a little help on this photo. C & C welcome. I have never photographed a car before. This is one nice ride. One of the most rare Ferraris from what I hear.

Hmm well since you ask...I think you might have tried a shallower DOF, to make the trees in the background less prominent. Also, next time you might try either an even lower or a slightly higher angle, in fact a variety of angles, to be able to pick the best among them. Also I'm wondering if a circular polarizing filter might have helped you with the colors, these look a bit washed out. Was your white balance set to cloudy ? It would have helped make things more vivid. You may be able to adjust in Post, if you shot this in RAW. You might also consider cropping just a bit closer, too, since the side and background is not that interesting. This way you could even shift the subject a bit off-center (to the right, to minimize that box on the LHS) or at least play with that to see if that improves the shot - not sure that it would, but it doesn't hurt to try.

Beautiful car, and nice first effort !

I'm mainly here for the snacks

I will suggest dropping the car at my house for the weekend and we will see what we can do :-)

The car has such gorgeous lines, I hope you have a boatload of shots.

Did you by any chance get the chassis number. These are indeed rare, from what I've been told, they made 10 of these, it's rare but definitely not the rarest Ferrari made, this one is a 4 cam so...GTB/4 distinguishable by the hump in the hood.

Gorgeous car and great shot...my only suggestion is to post some more! ;)
