Anyone Know this Bird? Western NY?

It lives in a birdhouse on my property. I snuck up on it today and grabbed this shot with my 70-200. Heavily cropped. Just curious of the breed? I'm fairly certain its not a blue bird, but I can't match it to any birds I've googled for New York State.
