Good day, folks...

I'm planning my extended-weekend sport-touring motorcycle jaunts for the summer, one of which could see me discoving interesting roads not that far from Rochester, NY.

Has anyone checked out the George Eastman House museum?

On a side note, I'm a history major (and buff), so if you have a recommandation for a good biography of the founder of Kodak, let me know... (I'm talking scholarly work, with end notes and a decent bibliography, BTW)

I've never been there but looking at the website makes me want to visit. They have an amazing collection of photography by a number of great photographers, including the one in your sig.

How many they have on display I don't know.

For added interest they also are rumored to have a ghost or two hanging around. :D

Those are just "orbs" caught by people using P&S cameras with flash.

No orbs in this picture, just George catching up with the news. Hopefully nothing about Kodak in the paper that day.
