If you are not shooting in 24p, I wouldn't worry about it in post because you will just get a bastardized look that won't really fool anyone that really knows. The "cinematic" feel is subconscious for most viewers, so unless you include other "cinematic" cues in the video I would record in 30p or 60p for action.
