7D users...what custom modes have you assigned?

I've had my 7D for a couple of years but I've never assigned any settings to the C1/2/3 mode on the dial. I was trying to think what this would be handy for. The only thing I could think of was when coming from outdoors into a dimply lit indoors like a church or cathedral so I set up C1 for RAW, 3200 ISO and +1 EC.

I'm not sure what to register to the remaining two custom mode settings and I was wondering how other 7D owners have theirs set up?

1/1600, f7.1, iso 800
