I like them too. Good lighting, nice light shadows across the face. All you need are some 'professional' backgrounds and your set!

Too much black nothing to either side of her makes her look insignificant in the photo. I really like how #2 is composed. If possible, getting her to drop her back shoulder, and tilting her head towards her front shoulder will make the pose the classic feminine pose, which has a really classic feel to it.
