When I was taking this one, two guys started walking toward me and they looked like state troopers. I shot this with the 70-200 f2.8 on a tripod, and I was the only person on the dock. Before they got to me, the exposure had finished, so I pointed it toward Norfolk again, and they turned around and left. I'm still not sure what to make of that. My theory is that if it's so classified civilians can't take photos of it, then it shouldn't be visible from a hotel pier, but your mileage may vary.
