The only time I've ever managed to get a reasonable shot of one of these flies.

Denis, over here (UK) the term greenfly is used for these aphids (even the non-winged versions).

Terry, they're tough to photograph. So small and even though they're slow, I rarely manage an in focus shot :). Think they must teleport back and forth in nano seconds ;)
