Nissan is still debating on powerplants.. but all sources point to a 450hp, twin turbo version of the VQ35 in the current 350z/G35. However, how are you supposed to "earn it". The Skyline 350GT is essentially the same car as the G35C. The only differences would be some options and safety equipment necessitated by US DOT regulations. Canon 50D

Its not super detuned though, the current skyline isnt the high performance sports car as it was - thats what the new concept is all about - infact, the 4 door G35 sedan is also a Skyline (saw one myself while on vacation in St. Lucia)
