Not sure where this bird should go, but it was a pet for a family I did tonight. I used my new macro lens (100L). I love it so far. I've also included a bug and a paw.

This locust thing was pretty wierd. I found a half dollar size hole in the ground in the dog pen. Perfect circle. I looked in and he was in it and alive. I'm not sure if he was coming out of the ground or going in. Anyway, I set him on this flower for no particular reason other than to take his pic. Then I put him back and covered him with a light dusting of dirt.

That's what I thought but what was it doing in the ground? Do they come out to moult?
