One of the most beautiful areas of Colorado I've been to. Saw my first bear in the wild while shooting. A black bear way up in the mountains. :)

Can't wait to go back in the Fall when the Aspens change color. Anyway, here are a few shots from the sunrise last Saturday.

Beautiful shots. I like the structure of #1 best, but the lighting on the mountain in #2 best. It's going to be really spectacular in the Fall.

Nicely done. I do have a question. Every time I see a picture of that place the water is mirror like with no ripples. Is that only at certain times of the day or is it just being fortunate enough to be there when there is no disturbances?

I think this goes for most places. Usually there is less wind in the morning hours. In the afternoon the wind was quite strong.
