YN-622C trigger/2nd curtain?

Hi,
I just got some YN-622C triggers and was wanting to use 2nd curtain off camera flash, however my in camera menu has it grayed out (7D) when I try to select it. Flash is the 430ex11 so I know it should work. I am only using one flash what am I missing?

I have a very similar setup myself. The trick is, you have to enable 2nd curtain on the flash unit itself by pressing the button. Than it should work.

I doubt very much that a setting on a remote flash will cause the camera to switch sync mode!

If the menu option is greyed, it is because Wireless mode is enabled. Disable it, and the 2CS option will be available.
