Got a new 6d and had to mess around with it and my 100-400. I was lucky enough to catch these little guys out playing.

Nice shots, she must be a busy Mom. The pics appear a bit dark.

Thank you all. Love seeing the young speed goats but this is the first time I have seen this many together in one place. The mom in the pic seemed to have the babysitting job for the night. It looked like only one was hers and the rest belonged to the other mothers close by.

Nice shots, she must be a busy Mom. The pics appear a bit dark.

These were taken just before dark on a large meadow. I just loaded the pics right from the camera with no PP. I got the 6d and a new 70-200 tameron and ran out of money so no PS to edit with for me just yet. I quickly used my windows editor and brightened this one up a bit. Dose it look better?

That's cool! Where there other does around? I've never seen more than twins with a single pronghorn doe. If not, I would guess she's taking on the little ones from another doe that perhaps didn't make it through the spring for whatever reason.

Before you go for PS, you might consider Lightroom. For adjusting light and color, you can't beat it for speed and simplicity. I spent more time writing this post than editing the picture. First a white balance adjustment follow by some contrast work. Could have played with it more but this gets the point across. Looks like she might be the Bambisitter this morning.

Very nice! Thank you for taking the time to do a little pp and showing me what lightroom can do. I have wondered about just getting it as I really only care about enhancing my photos but never have looked into that much yet.

I believe you can download a trial of Lightroom. You could have got in on the v5 beta but missed it by a couple weeks or so.

A bunch of stuff.
