With plenty of light it's easier to get away with super high ISOs, especially if you ETTR and bring it back a bit in post. Even so, that's a nice clean shot.

Tried some high ISO using ETTR (HAMSTTR) this week-end at the local mall (Chinese New Year Celebration).
This is @ ISO 6400 (Canon 5D3 with 24-105 @ 105mm 1/320 f4.0)

QUOTED IMAGE

Nice, clean and colorful but the background top right looks odd...

Oh. I too was wondering what happened there for a moment.
The kid that is partly visible in orange shirt is behind the sign (with a picture of green and blue shirt boys with a white border at the bottom)

Yeah, I suppose it's a tad warm. Somewhere around 3200K. Here's 2500K. Hopefully it's not too cold. Just upgraded from a T3i, so I'm still sorta adjusting to the auto WB on this puppy. Very pleased with the Tamron wide open. My T3i couldn't use most of my lenses wide open very well without off-camera flash. Nice change of pace, for sure.

These mines sit on a ridge at over 9,000 feet up on the continental divide.

Just for fun, ISO 25600 on my 5D3 lit only by the LED flash on an iPhone in complete darkness w/17-40 f/4L. Basic 25% color noise reduction in LR5.

Have you considered B&W for this shot? It'll probably make the noise more appealing.
