Nova Rock Day 3

I skipped day 2, so here are the day 3 pics.

1. The Sword - best show on the big stages, shame about the crappy time slot.

#1s a nice shot, great light and I like the tone of the processing. #2 and 3 are good moments, well captured. Biffy shots are both fun and #6 you've used the vantage point well, great time of day to capture it as well ... Korn shots do less for me, but I think #8 is well captured, #7 just doesn't say much.

The fourth one is really funny, his expression...

I like #2, 4 and 6.
#8 is okay, but I'd crop a bit I think. Good moment though. Shot Korn last week, hard to get him in a good pose behind the mic stand with his face visible.

How would you crop the last shot Rene?

Either top & bottom (to loose distracting "white blobs") and left (and maybe right) a bit, or landscape

Then again, in landscape, the background (ceiling) might become more of a distraction.

#3 and #4 for me.

#3 You can see he is seeing into the distance and in the moment. Not a pose but audience participation.

#4 Simon Neil pulls some great faces. Not sure if he would like this one though ( actually he probably would ) It kinda captures his quirky personality that pops out now and then.
