How'd I do? Tried to clone out the bright light in the bottom right of #1, but just couldn't get it right. Need to work on my photoshop skills.

I like both shots and I don't think you need to do anything with them.

For the first one try something like 10-20 seconds instead of 4 seconds. You have good reflections and the longer exposure will look really nice.

They look pretty good & I'd agree with Mike, when all else fails, "if you want to get rid of that light, crop it." I don't think that would hurt the image. The building at the right is leaning a bit.
I'm make #2 a little darker & clone the UFO in the sky. Is there any detail in the body of the lighthouse? It looks a little strange to me.

Very nice and clean/clear; a tiny bit of lens flare there to the left of the lighthouse that you might try cloning out. Heck of a first attempt!

This one is 13 seconds.

I like your second and third images the best. The lighthouse (or it looks like one) is striking. When I look at the first image I get the feeling that it is slightly tilted with the right side being lower. Then again that could just be me. The last image has lost the blue night sky that I like and almost looks like a daytime shot. Obviously with the lights it is not.

It looks like you went for the longer exposure but didnt adjust your aperture to compensate for the overexposure which blew out your highlights. Ideally you would want the picture to look the same as the first as far as exposure goes. Now that I see it...the ferris wheel spinning will also look cool. You can see it starting to streak.
