Buono Estente,

Same show as I posted a few shots of the other day but as well as the photo call, I also spent some time this weekend in the rehearsals - the choreographer had seen some of my previous work from rehearsals and wanted his show to get the same treatment ... works for me.

I'm going to post some of the more "candid portrait type stuff" over in the People section, but these are some of the more "actual dance happening type stuff" from my sessions in the rehearsal room ...

I really like this series, great use of black/white. I love #4 - a hint of movement on the left, the mirror effect on the right, really great!

Thanks! Appreciate the nice words, glad you like the photo ...

I chose Black and White for these for a few reasons - mostly that in rehearsals people wear plain clothes and whilst they look alright in colour (I've done a few for the theatre to use to promote the T-Shirt you can see in #2 and #5), these often dull or lacklustre colours often change the photos slightly, whereas in black and white they can remain dramatic. It's nice to shoot some Black and White every now and then as well ...
