from a brief visit to my local bird spot this morning. it was overcast, but relatively bright:

Nice set, Mike. Any idea what's going on w/ the waxwing's breast? A wound or some kind of molt-maybe just feathers out of place. They are always so smooth.

Sometimes bright overcast works very nicely, as in this case; a nice set.

You backyard is amazing! Lighting was great even with the overcast weather. Something I am not used to :)
