later on that day while walking through the woods I came across a male scorpion fly caught in a spider web.he was dead of course,so I salvaged him,as his pseudo-scorpion appendage was still intact,and in great shape.took him home,cleaned him up,and here is the result.

That second shot is incredible. If I'd still been teaching biology I'd have loved to use it.
