I'm looking for a hot-shoe, driven by a PC-Sync that can mount on a lights tand or flash bracket.

I want to attach a CL-Tx transmitter, that only has a hot shoe and no pc-sync.

So its Canon Camera to PC-Sync Out to Hot-Shoe to CL-Tx mounted in hot shoe.
Then mount the shoe on either a light stand or flash bracket so it needs to have a 1/4 in mount as well.

This is so I can leave my hot shoe open for ST-E3-Rx.

If you know of one please let me know. Can't seem to find one anywhere.

Thanks in advance for your help.

You could use your STE-3 on the hot shoe and use CyberSyncs to trigger the CL-180.The CyberSync TX can use the SC-CST cord which can be used to hardwire connect the unit to your camera’s PC outlet. I think that should work.

That looks like a good idea. Does it work as stated? Have you tried putting another TX on this PC connector to hot shoe and did it work as described?
