Should I buy Sigma 35 if I already have old 30 1.4 for 7D?

Hi Everyone-

I've been given the birthday green light to spend about $1000 and I've had my eye on the Sigma 35 1.4. I've used the Sig 30 1.4 on my 7D with good results for stills and video.

Will I see a big difference compared to the 30 1.4 on my 7D if I get the Sig 35 1.4 ?

Please recommend. I shoot mainly sports and portraits on my 7D.

sell your 70-200/4 and get the 2.8 IS version.
