I have a chance to pick up a 5d ii with 62,666 actuations. It is in great shape, comes with the box, a canon grip and is in great shape, works well. All this for $1300.

So you have a good amount of mileage left. And there is nowhere that says the shutter is going to die at 150,000 actuations anyway. If you're meeting up with the seller, you can always take come test shots to confirm the shutter is fine.

Let's say you only get another 100,000 shots before the shutter craps out. Replace it for less than $500 and you have spent approx. 1/2 cent per shot... or approx. 0.023 cents per megapixel. The price is not that much higher and you will be getting a new camera as well. The 6D is already $1600 in my country and i have heard of similar rare deals in the US The most important piece of gear you own, resides in your head and its called your brain.
