Sunday morning whitetails

I set out very early Sunday morning to photograph cow elk and calves. Was greeted with heavy fog and overcast, much contrary to the mostly sunny weather prediction. Not much chance for spotting and photographing elk.
These two small does managed to save the morning by letting me get close enough for a few pics.:)

Nice shots. I have not tried to deal with fog.

Nice shots, my favorite is #1 over the clear, sharp second photo. It has a real and natural look to it that I like.
