OK, so, a virus killed my desktop...and while almost everything is backed up on separate drives, I realise I've lost a set of sharpening actions that I rely on...

So, if anyone knows of them, or where to get them, please help...

All I know about them is they were a free download, came in a set, and were titled like: Sharpen Hard, Sharp hard, Sharp overlay...etc...

There were around 6-8 or so in the set.

Best sharpening actions I've ever used, and while i've been looking for several days, I still can't find them...

Yes to both...

I have spent several hours a day, over the last 4 days searching for them, but without knowing where i originally got them, or what they are called...it's a bit haystack and needle...

All I know is that I got them around 2010...ish, they came as a set, and the first one in the set was Sharpen Hard, followed by a few more and then a Sharp hard...

I have followed a few tutorials, and used a lot of actions over the past few days, but none of them are as good as the ones currently sitting on my Ukash locked PC...

If I could find them again, then I can just fdisk the desktop and get on with it, but i'm not too happy to delete them until I find another copy...and this laptop is mighty slow...i want the speedy desktop back again...

download linux mint then burn it to a cd or dvd and then run it Live CD during Boot and then you should able to access the files to get the action file.
