We've had more than the usual amount of snow here in Seoul too. It has really been great but kids here can't make a good snowball to save their lives.

How often does that happen. Your shots are very good. The first one looks like cotton growing.

Really enjoyed these shots. The First, however, was my favorite.

kids over here in Tokyo seem like they dont know how to build one either. I grew up in Michigan and Indiana so I should teach them how to make one :p

Thank you :D! I think it doesnt happen too often. I've been living in Tokyo for about 4 years now, but I think this is the first it snowed this much. and yeah, it does look like cotton....i knew it looked like something. I just said cherry blossoms because its japanese :p.

thanks for the comments! makes my walk around the blistering cold risking my SLR in the snow all worthwhile now :D.

Great, just bl**dy great, I'm going to be in both Tokyo and Seoul the week after next, which makes it about 40C colder then Singapore where I'm living at the moment.

Oh, nice shots, I like them both, Would like to see #2 in monotone.

The reason why kids in Seoul do not know how to make a snowball is because they wake up at 6 a.m., hit the school, then hit some more after-school schools (Hak Won), eat dinner, do either homework or prepare for some exams until 11 p.m. or midnight, and hit the sack and repeat the whole routine again the next day.

No wonder books on EQ are so popular nowadays....

You are correct...study study study...leaves little time for play...though last year when it snowed in Ulsan, it snowed on a sunday and the kids were all out with their parents...it was a nice site...very rare, but very nice...

Hey, we have had some good snows in Michigan. Always seems to miss Detroit though.
