#1: Okay, but a lot of empty space in the middle.
#2: Okay, but could be framed better
#3: Expression could be better I think, and the guy in the background is a bit distracting. I think I'd crop quite a bit.

yeah, positioning/framing could be better...but i had to do the best with what i had...since i was shooting from the crowd area surrounding by knumbskulls w/ iphones & P&S...had i been in the pit, i couldve gotten much better compositioning

Yeah, the framing just seems odd in these pictures. I would say the middle on is the best of these in my opinion.

#4: missing the bass player.

Wow, that selective colouring on the second one is really pointless. looks cool, but what are you trying to achieve with it?

The selective color was to highlight the gold mic, nothing more...probably the 1 & only time ive done selective color

I see the idea but I'm wondering why?

i dont remember exactly why...maybe cuz focus hit the mic & not the artist? maybe cuz i thought the gold mic looked cool? maybe cuz it was in my early stage of photography & selective color seemed like a good idea?
