just wondering is it wise to use a circular pol. over a uv haze filter,or not ! or should one remove the uv.altogether !!

There's no reason to use a UV filter with a polarizer.

Stacking filters for no good reason is just asking for image degradation. The only time I would consider stacking filters is if I needed what both filters can do for my image. UV filters cannot possibly improve an image when used on a DLSR's lens though they can definitely degrade images.
