thinking of selling

Hi guys I am thinking of selling my Canon 15mm f2.8 as I don't use it enough and to be honest it is not really the right type of lens for me I would rather have a short wide zoom .

What I really need to know is how much to ask for it , I have seen them sell for over £500 on ebay .

It is in 9 out of 10 condition but is not boxed

Could anyone give me a rough estimate on its value before I place and add as I don't want to seem to be greedy

Just did a check in the Classifieds: Sell here, and there are quite a few posts to give you an idea of where to price your lens. Then, you have to decide whether or not you're trying to squeeze every penny out of it that you can, or if you just want to get a quick sale at a fair price. If the former you will probably have to deal with a lot of messages asking if you will take a lower price, and if the later you will have your money quicker and someone else will be getting some use out of the lens.

See what KEH.com gets for one.

Aperture (London) have just sold one classified as "Mint" for £420 if that helps?
