I like the first better because you are splitting the two tone wall better in that shot. As others have said, even looking upwards instead of down would have helped. Where were the speedlites placed in relation to the camera in these shots?
I am running a single YN565 at this point. But I am very close to getting a YN568 to get the HSS capability and for the price, it is almost a steal.
