Larvae in a bubble

I found this tiny bubble on a dill twig and I'm stumped as to what it is. I'd appreciate any ideas. This is just the coolest thing yet!

I went back in about an hour later to check on it and this was all that was left of the bubble. You can clearly see some kind of creature on the inside.

Wonderful series- it's a spittlebug (froghopper nymph). Your one seems to be having trouble blowing froth rather than just liquid :)
