Man, it seems like b&h dropped the ball on this one!

No it did not. I ordered one on Friday, it was shipped on Tuesday, and I had it in my hands on Wednesday morning! (Granted, I had to stop at the UPS center to get it, otherwise I would have had to sit at home for the signature).

i'm not sure about that one...adorama still says pre-order for the hot new sigma 18-35mm f1.8, while B&H has actually shipped out a few.

I got mine two weeks ago, via amazon. I did however order about a month ago.

It won't. The 70D is a bit smaller.

In your post processing, if you slide the white balance slider (temp) to the left (cooler) it will make the sky bluer and bring out your stars.

sony pent abd oly dont make a sports camera IMHO
or lenses for sports IMHO
yea they have some but because they are such a small market its like buying a mini cooper
and if I wasnt a sports guy
Sony seems to have made great strides on IQ
I think Sony has a great portrait camera and lens

I used a friends Nikon last night at a game
I was lost as a goose
but had fun learning

Maybe its me but I actually think Nikon takes better low light fast action stuff
But Im not even good with the canon stuff Ive had for years
Id be worse if thats possible with a new Nikon setup

I could sell my 70-200 2.8 and get a nikon starter kit
but Ive been there and am still there in many ways with my canon

Canon 1DIV, Canon 1DII, 7D2 Canon gripped, 70-200 2.8 ISM II, Canon 50 1.8, Sigma 17-50 2.8, Canon 300 2.8, Canon 550 EX flash

:( Sad day I just lost my wife, her 70D showed up early this morning and she been transformed into something I don't recognize. Well at least she having fun playing with her new camera. It was fun to watch her staring at the battery charging and more fun when she saw me powering up her camera. She forgot that the 70D and the 7D use the same battery. Of course after seeing the camera powered up it was ripped from my hands, I'm still checking to see if I still have all ten fingers.

Remember, Stressed spelled backward is Desserts.:)
Suggestions welcome.

I'm not transformed, just very excited and happy about my new camera. No more housework this weekend, going to go out and find something to shoot as soon as my battery is charged up and ready to go.:D:D:D If Calicajun wants dinner he can take me out or cook it himself.
