The website says availability is expected in Fall 2013. Any suggestions for an alternate raincover that I can get?

They make all kinds of rain covers for backpacking... Go to any reputable sporting goods store and they will have many to choose from (In the states places like Dick's, Sport Chalet or REI will all have what you need)

Just ask for a Pack Cover

Here is one example that should fit your pack (external link) (The Loka is 37L and this one works for packs 29-49L)

Thanks. Checked out some options and came across this Northface cover. Says fits 35-45l.

I got one for my Loka made by Karrimor. It has an elastic hem, which I like a lot. Since the elastic stretches, I don't have to fuss with the pull cord.

Which size did you get - 20-40l or 40-60l?

Is this the bag?

Mine is the 40-60L, in a bright green color, but it doesn't have its own shoulder straps or "clip hip belt". Why would a rain cover have any of that? I wonder if the description there is just wrong. Anyway, I did get mine at Sports Direct (but at one of the stores, not online).

Oh, and I should add that I liked the larger 40-60L size because it fits nicely around items that I have attached to the exterior of the bag on longer trips.
