I thought it might be fun to put together a thread of as many possible combinations of red, white, and blue birds as we could assemble to celebrate the upcoming 4th of July holiday. No rules....obviously, just use your imaginations and feel free to add!

Red

Wonderful stuff! The red is red, and you actually got white and blue in number 2, between the bird and the nice blue sky. And of course the blue jay finishes it off nicely :)

Cool thread and 6 amazing images. I'll play, although I had a heck of a time finding something different and they don't meet the quality of what I've just seen.

This is a Summer Tanager. Although they have been seen on a rare occasion in Minnesota, I found this one while on vacation a few years ago near Paducah, Kentucky.

What wonderful additions, and yes Chuck I said no rules ;)
That certainly is a wonderful Merganser Duane with crisp focus and great detail. I did a double take on your Bluebird thinking at first it was a stuffed bird stuck on the end of a stick......ooops, my bad! :o
Very nice Tanager Mike, and you had to go and include an IB which is one I've been chasing for going on 2 years now. Good for you!
What can I say Chuck except LMFAO! Hey, if the geese want to get into the act and show their spirit then more power to them. The Turkey is priceless too....well done!
