430 ex II vs YN568EX II

It's spending time again and I really fancy some speedlites to save bulking around everything else, I have a couple of old Metz flashes and and a sigma do its not the first by any means. And the flash will be used off camera with PW or built in depending which body I'm using

Currently I can get a 430ex II for £170 or the 568ex II for £125... Which would u recommend and why?

After lots more reading and no reply's I have further questions is anyone using 430ex in softbox or octobox and would like to share their experience

I have the 24" qbox, not very large but I use it gridded for hair/rim etc. Quality wise I like my 430's fine, they work great with my pw setup and have a substantial amount of power.

That said, no external battery pack option is a bummer and the buttons aren't fun to push (when I didn't have PW).

Yunguo was not considered as reliable years ago when I purchased but I would have no issues picking them up now.

My only concern would be expected power. How much do you need and do the yunguo equal the 430 in that respect?
