Or the white version with the 22mm lens for the same price:

It's on backorder, though, until July 8th... Food for thought...

I've been watching for the $350 deal as well, so I jumped on this. Now I have to talk to the CFO about it. I suspect I can sell this for more than I paid for it, sell my S100 for more than I paid for this, etc etc.

I have both lenses and I use the 22mm like 90% of the time. Great little camera after the firmware update last week.

How is this compared to the G15? I can't believe how the price has dropped so low

Ditto. The 18-55 is a sweet lens, but it makes the package bulkier. The 22mm lens makes the camera pocketable. In my main camera bag I have a small section that used to hold filters that now holds the EOS-M and 22mm. It's great for quick, wide-angle shots when I have tele lenses mounted on the DSLRs.

I was in the same boat as you, Tommy... I bought the G15 several months ago because the EOS-M was at $849 (at the time)... I found a great deal for the G15 at my local camera store (Samys) for $399 (no tax sale), so I went that route...

OY VEY ?!
