Looks like you were at the park about the same time we were today. Harsh sunlight!

Congratulations on the lens. Remeber that you don't need f/2.8 to blur the background with that puppy. At 135mm or so you'll do fine around f/4 :)

Looks like you have a willing model, and with the quality of your other posts I am looking forward to your work with the new lens.

Thanks for the nice words. I'm reallly looking forward to learning the new lens and yes, it was very harsh light.

Don't worry about the lens--you are getting used to your daughter. Combining the best of two worlds.
