Yes, more great shots! Exquisite eyes on that horse fly and the scorpion fly is superb. A most pleasing series, Andres.

Thank you Ish and Billyendo :) light still my old set up but shooting at 200 iso and keeping flash at 1/4 power all the time controlling light with aperture

The eyes on that horse fly are mesmerising. Although I believe it's not a good thing at all to be bitten by a horse fly, I'd love to find one like that to photograph.

scorpion flies are way cooler! but the horse fly does pack a nasty bite

Thanks Ian! the region where I was staying at, has hundreds of horse flies, I captured a very large one about 1 inch long, those dont have beautiful eye pattern like the smaller one I posted here
