Yes, I need to work on that, they have some PP to cover the hard highlights but we can still see it, perhaps I should buy a Lumiquest softbox and ditch my cheapo chinese ebay difusor...

Nice shot. For all the damage they do they're appealing little things and you've captured it beautifully.

Images are a bit on the small side but a nice looking weevil. Agree with the need for more diffusion.
