D/L google chrome, used once, and didn't like it.... removed the program and went back to IE9 as my default browser .. since then, none of my shortcuts work on my desktop - I get the error message: "Unable to open Internet Shortcut - the Protocol "Https" does not have a registered program".
I deleted a shortcut, and created a new one, and got the same message ....
Not interested in discussing other browsers, no matter how much better you may think they are over IE - I don't want to change right now, and would like some help in fixing this specific strange problem. (I know how forums can get sidetracked on why Google/Firefox/etc are better then what I'm currently using, so if we can avoid that, I'd appreciate it)
