Howdy All,

Local photographers had a Macro Photo Meetup at the Bixby Marshland in Carson, CA. I practiced my handheld macro techniques using my most recent config shown here on the "Show Us Your Macro Rig" thread: https://photography-on-the.net …p=16097793&post​count=1009.

Thanks for the comments :D. I just found out that the red ball embedded in the leaf is a Sawfly Gall.

I thought that the sawfly gall was cool also.
