Hello,

Looking for any and all feedback on this picture I took last week up in the White Mountains in New Hampshire. It was in the morning and there was a beautiful fog sitting above the water. I did some channel extraction for the conversion and masked in different RGB channels based on different parts of the image. Did the toning with a color fill layer set to color blending mode, and adjusted the "blend if" parameters to leave the deep shadows and extreme highlights pure and free of tint.

And..... Used my new, homemade for $40 variable nd filter! Image was taken at iso100, f9, 2 second shutter.

Interesting colours, but the forest on the right looks too strongly coloured and unsubtle - like you just painted on the purple with a large brush.
