Its not a 1916 replica looks more like something from the late twenties to the early thirties. Back then for the most part Packard made the chassis and the bodies were then custom made for the buyer. As I said before very well done and out of my price range. Found it 1926 Packard Boat Tail Speedster by Peter Portugal.
