Self portraits are not the easiest but they sure are fun and you get to try out new things. Shot with my 50 1.8, 1/200, f/7.1, ISO 125.

Nice rim lighting, a little out of focus though and a little underexposed.

I think the rim light is a little bright and the bit showing on your right ear is distracting. A slight turn of the head to your right would hide it.
